Elite Mindset Training for AAU/Club Basketball Teams and Coaches

Our goal at Max Out Mindset is to provide world-class elite mindset training. We want to give clarity to the process of training mindset in order to help coaches, athletes, and teams reach their full potential. Our training has been integral in achieving 12 national championships across the professional, college, and high school/club levels, along with nearly 30 high school state championships. When we collaborate with teams, we also work relentlessly on culture and chemistry to help build Ultimate Trust—the foundation of high-performing teams.

Our mission with each club;

  • To end the season with no regrets.

  • Not wanting to take off their jerseys when the season is over due to loving and caring for one another.

  • To help athletes and teams put themselves in a position to max out when it matters the most.

We will provide insights into why we train an elite mindset and what we train, including the building blocks and the 4 C’s of an elite mindset. The goal is also to review the most important ingredients of championship teams we have observed through the years. We will explore the key traits of elite coaches and leaders, highlighting insights from some of the coaches we work with.
